Daily Stretch Routine

A quick daily stretch routine can help improve flexibility and reduce tension. Start with neck stretches by tilting your head side to side for 30 seconds to loosen up the neck and shoulders.

Next, do shoulder rolls, moving your shoulders forward and backward for about 30 seconds to release any built-up tension.

After that, move into the Cat-Cow stretch. On all fours, alternate arching and rounding your back for 1-2 minutes. This will help loosen the spine and improve flexibility.

Then, try a Forward Fold. Stand tall and slowly reach for your toes, holding the stretch for 20-30 seconds to stretch your hamstrings and lower back.

Finish with Downward Dog, holding for 30-60 seconds to stretch the whole body, followed by a relaxing Child’s Pose to calm your body and mind.
